For some reason, the 42 second video looks to be an entirely different Uber incident.

If that video is of the same incident in the article, I can see why the driver would fly off the handle.

Yeah, the video in the article is passengers becoming abusive because the driver (if I may be so bold, apparently of Southern or Southwestern Asian ancestery) is attempting to enforce the company's mask policy.

The "Uber Goober" incident is something else entirely, although that is the incident to which the article refers in the text.
