Bruh don’t blame Gabriel for for fricking Stan’s shitty arse rotations. Guy was basically allocating 95% of the minutes between 6 players at the beginning of the year lol. Turns out he was a retard, because we actually had about 6 pretty decent players that he refused to play at all because he was fricking stubborn. Hayes, Naw, Kira, Naji, Billy and Wenyen.

Guy was playing 6 players a game and only calling 2-3 timeouts a game. It was comical, especially now knowing we had a bunch of useable players glued to the bench like they didn’t even belong in the league.

No argument from me with that.

I find it hilarious that multiple idiots would rather sign wenyen Gabriel than make a 2nd round pick.

I think I’d take Wenyen back on a minimum and then either use our 2nd rd in a trade or pick a draft and stash guy. I feel like we have a bunch of decent backups at this point. It really depends on who is available when we pick.

I don’t love Wenyen, but he seems to be high character, is somewhat multipositional, hustles his arse off, and he might be a better shooter than anticipated. I can work with that as a 12th-13th man.

I am with you in regards of how annoying it is that we don’t even try to take swings in the 2nd rd. Time and time again there are useful players found in that round. Why don’t we keep Wenyen and make a 2nd rd pick? Have them compete?

I think our big miss this year was not drafting Bane with our 2nd first or finding a way to trade up and take Bey. That entire Adams deal was a disaster, unless we are giving him credit for Hayes. And I really don’t think that is fair to Hayes. I think he has his own skill development coach on our staff that he shouts out quite regularly in interviews.
