The hospital could upgrade to an EC-135 like Acadian uses. It's impressive how quiet they are.

They use an EC-145 and it was donated to the hospital.

They are operated by the same company. But have the better EC145 which are not loud anyway. They also fly less than 75 hours a month. Rarely do they get more than 2 flights a day.
