Live in Tara. Thinking about capital city crawfish on govt or LA boilers on Florida.

Preference? Other suggestions

Montalbano's isn't too far down Florida from you. That's where I would go.

Cap City has very good crawfish and all the guys working there are cool.

Try a crawfish ball or two to go with it

Had CCC a few weeks ago - way too salty - almost not edible. Hopefully just a bad batch. Have since had corner grocery on Perkins and they were really good.

Same thing happened to us a while ago. I was hoping just a bad batch as well. It was early in the season and they were pretty soft so I was hoping maybe that’s just why.

Haven’t been back since to find out. Did Crawfish on the Geaux the last few times I got them already boiled. They were good.
