All bullshite aside, I may cancel my tix if we don’t keep Josh. He isn’t THE guy, but we need to build this team around Zion with guys like Josh.

I don't think trading Lonzo is a done deal. If we make the mistake and overpay him (22-25 mil per), then Harts contract becomes a something to seriously think about. We could still give him 10 per but then you're essentially running it back. To me, Naji brings a lot to the table in the same area Josh does. Small sample size but he's probably the better shooter but doesn't rebound as well. So you have a guy that could be elite on defense and is the shooter you would like Josh to be.

I'm also of the opinion if you give Lonzo 20-22 mil, he still has decent trade value.

Lonzo is still an improving player, and I don't see why people want to get rid of him. I'm not a Lonzo stan and actually wanted him traded back in March, but I'm not opposed to keeping him on any deal under $24 million.

Not if we attach some picks to Bledsoe and get back a top-50 player, which I expect us to do. That, plus improvement from all our young players, is something that I think would get us into the top-4 in the West. I have been so impressed with the defensive improvement in NAW and Jaxson, Naji has been a revelation, and Zion's defense improved a lot during the season. Put some weight on Kira and he'll be a much better defender as well. Ideally, we'd upgrade on Adams as well, but that's a little harder to do.
