He supports equity in all aspects of life. Not equality. Equity.

He references this sick, anti-American idea in multiple documents.

Not officially passed by the Governor but it has passed in state legislatures.

Included Oklahoma, Arizona, and Texas doing the same as well.

Critical race theory says we cheer for black athletes as if we viewed them as people who only exist for our entertainment. That’s what people are up in arms about. They believe that Tate, a CRT scholar, would implement that same line of thinking at LSU.

You pretend to be an attorney. Do your own discovery.

I am directly challenging you.

I don’t think you can do it.

You understand discovery involves asking the opposing party for information, right?

Sorry that would require you to know anything.

Yes, and we gave you the information. Now comb through it and find the specifics you’re looking for.

How are we defining equity here?

Charity is a form of equity.

Equity is neighbors helping neighbors.

Equity is not everyone gets a McMansion paid for by the government just because they are from a special group.

So, he's probably a conservative proponent of CRT.

Equality is equal opportunity.

Equity is equal outcomes.

I’m asking him to tell Me what Tate wrote that he didn’t like. Not for his bibliography.

If any of you read any article he wrote your be able to articulate a single point.

But you can’t.

Because you didn’t.
