No? It's the entire point. The intent for the use of the filter is not to see how fast your car can go.

It's to measure speed in general, and there's nothing inherently wrong with that.

It’s a filter on a social media app, it’s not a tool to check speed of your vehicle. The majority of people using this aren’t fricking running while filming themselves on snap. It encourages nitwits to brag about how fast they are going to all their audience on snap chat and TikTok. I’m not saying that Snapchat is liable, but you’re being purposefully ignorant.
