Doesn't surprise me. I've watched a fair amount of Ohio State football the last few years and Werner never did much of anything. He may be a great athlete but it didn't translate on the field.

Good athlete, and the scheme fit is there, just going to have to coach him up and see if they can get him to hit his ceiling.

Didn't understand the pick. I thought he would be a much later pick at best. He does not seem to fit the mold of the current NFL LB.

Lol no you haven't. There are reputable Ohio State fans, Kosmo and KillerNut, that have come on this board and said otherwise.

Did you even watch the CFP????? He was all over the field and they SHUT DOWN Clemson. The announcers were literally gushing over Werner during the game.

What game did you watch? He was their best player on defense. He was sideline to sideline. This isn't my opinion it's a fact. His football iq is very high. He is very strong in coverage and his weakness is straight at him. In today's game thats not that big of a problem.
