Got that right...hate to see any top ranked SEC team lose. Maybe Vandy will replace SC in the top 25???...or not.

I gotta say, I love Bobby Johnson for what he is and what he has to work with. He'll be lucky to ever get to a bowl even with a good Vandy team, but you can't deny the impact he has had on that program. They are more competetive than they have ever been. He's also a classy guy. I just wish the Vandy administration would stop mooching off the rest of the SEC and actually invest in their program. Wake Forest is proving that a private school can have success if they put up the money.

I wouldn't consider USC a top tier SEC team. I couldn't watch the game last night because I still don't have power or cable but I did watch them play NC State and they looked HORRIBLE!

South Carolina is NOT a top ranked SEC team ... 4th best in the East, at best. They were ranked in the top 25 because of the final score against a bad NC State team ... obviously the voters didn't see any of that game.

so. carolina's defense is certainly an impressive unit, but the offense is horrendous.
i'd like to see vandy win 2 more sec games and have a shot at being bowl eligible. i think they can beat kentucky and state (i think they play state). also, they may be able to pull another victory out of their arse. should have beaten tennessee and georgia last year. maybe this is the year they ruin florida's run? probably not, but they have some impressive playmakers. go vandy!

Correct...what I should have said was I hate to see ranked SEC teams lose. Didn't mean to imply that SC was by any means a top SEC team.

I thought it was great that Vandy won the game. I didn't like to see it because of how it could hurt our SoS, but Johnson and those guys deserved it. I really will pull for them to go to a bowl game this year, especially if it means beating a couple more SEC East teams.
