My father was in line at the grocery store a few years ago and a block woman with 6 kids in line had a full shopping cart. She put a bag of dog food on counter and once finished scanning pulled a food stamp card out. Checkout lady told her, maam, food stamps don’t pay for dog food. She told her kid bring it back and get a big pack of ground meat. We gonna feed the dog that tonight. Truely sick that these people have no shame. Then to make matters worse, drove off in a new SUV.

I worked at a specialty grocery store and we had people buying caviar with food stamps.
