Disagree

The Saints wanted Horn or Surtain but they price was apparently too high and/or Carolina, who took Horn, wasn't doing business with a division rival.

Very possible. But just because the analyst liked him doesn't mean the Saints did.

I don't think the Saints "settled" for Turner. I think they simply took the highest defensive player on their board at the moment. While DE probably wasn't the biggest "need" I don't think I've ever heard a team say "we just have way too many pass rushers"

Completely agree here, but I did want to note the weirdest anomaly that happened last night. Division rival trades can happen as Dallas and Philly swapped picks with Dallas getting an extra 3rd. However, there is a substantial difference going from 12 to 10 versus 28 to 9.
