It would cost a lot to jump from 28 to the top 10.

28, Peat, and a 3rd rounder. Peat is a pro bowl guard. That should be more than enough.

Keep dreaming. We would have to send picks just for someone to take Peat’s contract. If they are trying to move to the top 10, let’s call it pick 9, then you’re looking at giving up 28, 60 and our 1st next year. The ONLY way you do that is if you’re taking a QB. The more realistic option is a trade up of 5-6 spots where you’d be giving them 28, 98 and probably a 4th next year.

I’d even be okay throwing in pro bowler return guy Harris into the mix if we don’t have to lose next years first
