"Moussa Cissé is a Guinean college basketball player. He was a consensus five-star recruit and one of the best centers in the 2020 class. Cissé finished his high school career at Lausanne Collegiate School in Memphis, Tennessee. He previously played for the Memphis Tigers"

If I remember correctly. He was set to commit to LSU then Dickie V and Yahoo the day before decided to regurgitate all the Will Wade in trouble with the NCAA stuff again and he postponed his commitment and eventually chose Memphis.

he was basically committed to us for months, dick vitale would tweet something, and he would push back his announcement. This happened on 2 separate occasions.
He was Wades big man he was signing, and once he said he was in, there was no need to go after other highly sought after big men. He didn't come, and we got screwed.
Also, with how college basketball recruiting is, it's fair to say that some money exchanged hands for Cissee to be at LSU. When the money didn't get that desired result, I'd be willing to bet it made some people very upset

He “silently” committed 2-3 times up until the end, then left LSU at the alter, essentially
