Bingo. If they got a drop in Type 2 diabetes and triglycerides US wide, insurance companies wouldn't have a right to make money hand over fist....and insurance might actually become affordable again...well once the government got their hands out of it at least.

No shite. If the government wants to be involved in food, they could start with high fructose corn syrup and soda industry.
As others have said, diabetes, heart issues, smokers lungs etc are 10X more of a problem than red meat
