Yeah. The parking lot on the other side of Highland Road hasn't been in use even in the couple of years before Covid. Dixie Landin' is toast.
But yes, back around 15 years ago, Blue Bayou/Dixie Landin' was in its prime. They would have a pretty dang good summer concert lineup each year, and the parking lot would be packed on Saturdays. That was right before smart phones were born, which probably played a part in its demise.
