All of the was running two summers ago. Maybe get a pass to go inside instead of relying on viewing it from I-10.

I really do like the place. Everytime we go to other water parks, I get disappointed because Blue Bayou seems to have better slides.

I'll never mind repeating myself here to the haters/ignorants of the OT.

We had season passes for 4 Summers(2013-2017). We lived close by and would go about 15 times per Summer. The key was to go early and get in line to be first in the park. The first two hours of any day, especially week days, is wide-arse open and a blast. I love Blue Bayou even if Haynes fired my punk arse in 1991 for cussing two kids in the Lazy River.

The only problem I've ever noticed could be solved rather easily if Haynes actually gave a shite about customer experience rather than just headcount.
Large church/youth groups come from all over, from Jackson Ms to Mobile, Al. They often come on the same day as each other without any coordination/communication with the park.
So when 600 extra kids show up on a Sunday morning, It causes a clusterfrick by 1pm. Every ride takes an hour and the pools are all filled to max.

He could work with these church/youth groups to make it better for everyone. Offer discounts to come on a weekday, use reservation system/scheduling for groups over 50, etc.
