Most Eastern Euro's that hate commies can't pass for Guatemalan's. However, Middle Easterners and Central American's can and do get through.

They don't have to pass for Guatemalans. They just need to claim for asylum to escape some f'n shite, and then disappear into the country and wait for their "pathway to citizenship."
