Why aren't you asking this question about Lake Borgne instead? It is a saltwater bay. Lake Pontchartrain is a lake.
If Lake Pontchartrain isnt a like then neither is Lake Maurepas or Lake Poulourde, Grassy Lake, Lake Verret, Lake Pelto, Lake Decade, Calcasieu Lake, Catahoula Lake, Claiborne Lake, Cross Lake, Grand Lake, Lac des Allemands, Lake Bistinea, Lake Salvador, Sabine Lake, and White Lake.

Any outside of Louisiana?
