Rouzan will likely be fine. I know I would pay for a house in Rouzan that is newer than one in South Downs that is falling apart.

My vote on worst subdivision for holding value in BR would be Pointe Marie.

The St Jude dream home is in Pointe Marie this year. It’s already sold out of tickets. Fastest sell out in 25 years for BR St Jude home. Crazy

I drove through there one day. The homes are nicer than rouzan’s. The problem is that it’s in the middle of nowhere. It’s next to nothing except the casino and you’ll probably need flood insurance. There’s still a lot of empty lots that who knows when it will be fully built over.

I think up the river there are trying to build another subdivision. Not sure where they are at since it’s been a while since I’ve been over that way.
