I like cinnamon toast crunch but I can't eat it. I get stomach pains from cinnamon so a bowl of toast crunch will tear my gut up. A good cinnamon roll will do the same thing. Sometimes I'll indulge but I know going in that there will be some wrenching gut pain and a trip to bathroom as part of the deal.
