It’s not just academic institutions. Look no further than Kamala Harris and all the other minority/female/gay/trans appointments going on everywhere in government. Diversity for the sake of diversity is considered a great accomplishment by the left. They've gone from trying to give everyone an equal opportunity to foolishly thinking everyone is equally qualified and talented.
