Because those are adults who can and should exercise their 1st Amendment through the courts and get a serious and binding conversation going. Once its deemed constitutional, then let the states draw lines either way. There are firms that would take this to the Supreme court just as there are for the other side. I would like to see this legally scrutinized through the courts because I want to hear judges and politicians come out and say there are two genders or there are not.
