I’m not black, so I can’t say exactly, but perhaps because of their past traumas as a race involving slavery, a mentality of us against the world was formulated and passed down?

This is a pointless mindset. All races, all peoples have past trauma. Many peoples throughout history have been slaves, and have been conquered and subjugated. We all share the same human condition. It’s not on the rest of us to accommodate their issues.
