Four of us are making the trip to LA for the game. We will fly in on Thursday and fly out on Monday. Looking for suggestions on where to stay. Probably going to make a side trip to visit the redwoods and a few others sites. Appreciate any help.

Pasadena where Rose Bowl is and the redwoods are north of LA so probably look on the northern end of the city somewhere
Maybe Glendale and Burbank - have no idea what these areas are like but might be some cheaper options than in the heart of LA

If you're talking about Redwoods National Park, I would guess it's a good 12 hour drive from LA.

Is there much to do in Pasadena or is it just somewhere to go on game day?
