Baton Rouge Homes for Sale

Looking to buy a house in the Old Goodwood/Tara/Inniswold area of Baton Rouge. Anyone considering selling or know of anyone who is considering selling? Obviously I know what's live in MLS, but curious if anyone is looking to sell off market or is planning to list in the near future.

Might help if you gave some parameters of what you are looking for. Size, number of bedrooms/baths, price range, etc.

Don't want to put too many parameters on it and people shy away from posting. Really open to just about anything. We're willing to renovate, add on, tear down and build, buy a lot, etc. Location is key parameter and prefer the lot be .3 acres or larger.

I live in Westminster/Pine Park which is within the area you are looking. Neighbor just house up for sale. Corner lot. 475k. Awesome neighbors

$217 a foot is a steal right now. Houses are selling for asking plus with multiple offers. My neighbors just got $232 a foot with 8 offers.
