Biden or Harris it doesn't matter, they're both puppets. Both were selected because of how malleable and compromised they are.
Their handlers are Obama, Rice and Jarrett I'd guess. But those three have masters of their own.

I actually think it does. For as awful as Biden is he is folksy and people, by and large, personally like him. Kamala is a horrible, cackling, woman who won't get near the level of public support that Biden does so it makes any arguments she would make of "the American people support this" and "unity" not as strong.
With that said if Biden was in the hospital it would be known.
