AC is tough and needs a lot of state help. The first block off of the boardwalk is a mix of casinos, small shops, and dead zones. One block away from the casinos is fairly run down with prostitutes and drugs. Now that a lot of casinos are down, it is pretty bad. Most of the Trump casinos were on the north end where they built that Revels casino under Chis Christie that is now a huge failure.

Covid has not been kind. Hopefully with the new rescue package and Murphy as governor, the state will chip in and make it an attraction again.
