What rock you been under? Almost every elderly person I know that didn’t have covid got sick AFTER their second vaccine. Some very severely, but by all means go get it for the common good.

Got moderna.
Only side effect was a sore arm.

My 86 year old father got both Moderna and had minimal issues with second shot. I got first and had some upper arm soreness and lifted weights the day after and it disappeared. People love to make shite up. It is highly likely I had covid in early 2020 but at this point I think people are stupid not to get vaxed to get some protection with the other variants ongoing.
