Male Eastern Towhee is correct.
Females are brown where this guy is black. And Orioles wouldn't be eating seed.

Context clues. Oriole should have immediately been eliminated based on food habit alone. Not to mention that bird doesn't look anything like an oriole other than similar coloration.
