Actually well over 81 million. And most really had no idea he would automatically sign all executive orders put on his desk, without reviewing the content, create the chaotic mess on the border, and basically act in the radical manner that he has. Biden was the reasonable moderate alternative to Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders.

And I know Republicans who were former Trumpists who abandoned him after the onset of the pandemic and his flippant dismissal of the severity of the COVID disease, and then went for Biden in the general, and other conservatives who approved of Trump's foreign policy accomplishments, but were fed up with his childish tweets and coarse tone, and voted for Biden in November. So make your own conclusions about the American electorate.
