Louisville made the NCAA tournament one time in its history before Dan McDonnell was hired in 2007 and now they've made the tournament every season except one from 2007 to the Covid season and they've been to Omaha five times. That's who you send a blank check to.

I get where you are coming from on all of this, but I am not sure you can just buy the best coach in college baseball. Baseball coaches think differently. They care about stability over money. Texas who has just as much history as LSU and probably more money got told no by all the guys LSU fans want and CPM before they got the guy from Tulane.

Why would he give all of that up to come to the dumpster fire that is LSU?

But those exact same if not better results; is what has ours fan screaming for PM’s head. So why hire someone that would get the same results; much less throw a blank check at him...?
