She wasn’t suspended from school, she was suspended from the cheer leading team. The team that she disparaged by saying “F cheer”.

I have no problem with her being suspended from the team for that season. Cheerleading is not a protected constitutional right.


If Landon Marceaux would have gone home last night and tweeted “F Paul Maineiri” I doubt he would be on the field next weekend.

But she didn't say F the coach or the team, or the school.

If Marceaux out of frustration said F baseball....should he be suspended?

So that cheer teacher isn't paid using public funds and they aren't practicing at the public school, covered by the governments insurance policy.
