Anyone playing Valheim?

Not mine either. I thought I would really like it, but it just felt like another job.

You are late to the game. There was a thread. Hell, I put 100 hours into the game. Only did 4 of the 5 bosses. I maxed the equipment out and decided to stop and finish in a year when they have finished the game.

If you like sandbox base building survival you will like this one.

The game is very polished for early access but needs some tweaks to base building and boss AI.

$20 it is a steal for survival folks.

You need minions to farm for you. It is a game where farming can be a chore.

Supposedly the next update will have sea monsters, and more Swedish lore.

It's really not bad, if you have 1 carrot you can make it a seed carrot which gives you 2 seeds. So really, once you find one turnip and one carrot you're set. Just gotta wait the time for it to grow. Just go farm other shite or build some stuff for a little while.

Also, I've beat every boss and grinded all the max armor and u don't think I hardly ever needed carrots or turnips. Especially after the poison pots.



Pro tip, if you're farming ore, just make a new seed with a chest right when you log out. Instead of using the wagon to get it back to base, log out and into the other seed, drop your shite, take the portal back to your base, then log over to the other seed and get your ore.

After doing the black forest I was over carting my shite everywhere.

If you are going to seed hop to avoid the ore issue, you might as well get the mod that allows ore through the portal.
