Red solo cup filled with concrete eye bolt out of the top I know its prolly over kill but I put a nut with a alrge flat washer on the bottom of the bolt pour the concrete first then wiggle the bolt down to desired height. Used foir years soin jug lines and trot lines. neva considered the weight but it works great.
