Outdoor sports are limited to 100 people in the purple tier. Those limits increase to 20% capacity in the red tier, 33% in the orange tier and 67% in the yellow tier.
Pasadena moved to the red tier on March 15th

Some of you morons are not paying attention, because of your neanderthal hate of all things California. The fact of the matter is, today was opening day for MLB and both Dodger Stadium and Anaheim Stadium are allowing 33% capacity on opening day. By summer, it will be 67%.............but you WILL more than likely need to show proof of vaccinations. So, if you're bringing your arse from Louisiana, and you ain't vaccinated, stay your arse there. We don't want you bringing your variants out here, AND they ain't gonna let you in the Rose Bowl. Me and the SoCal, San Diego, and NorCal LSU alumni associations can hold it down just fine. You can cheer from Baton Rouge in spirit.
