Knives Out was a fun and well made flick, and I’m looking forward to the sequels.

He almost derailed the franchise, it still hasn't fully recovered and probably never will. Then he doubled down on fan reactions and showed how ignorant of a person he is in doing so.
Thats more than just making a bad film, and if "knives out" is his redeeming factor, that says it all.
