I’ve said from day one, Beshear is a one legged man in a arse kicking contest. Kentucky R’s have a 75-25 supermajority in the House. Only 8 Dems in the Senate. He’s merely a placeholder til 2023.

Hasn't Kentucky voted in Democrat governors all but 1-2 terms for like 50 years?
They're a populist state with a large union presence. Teacher unions got Beshear elected the first time.
