I don't know the details that well, but he had been convicted. He claimed the judge was trying to make a point out of him. He killed himself before resigning so his family could still collect his state pension. That video is something else watching blood gush out of his nose.

My dad told me a story once when he was renting a room while in college. The family's son hung himself from the shower curtain and my dad had to cut him down.
