Im not being a dick, but are you really doing conditioning or are you saying you are doing conditioning because you push a sled wait 5 minutes and then push a sled again?

No, I’m actually doing it correctly. I load the prowler, push as hard as I can for 80 feet, turn around, push again, and take as short of a break as possible. I also do farmer carries, yoke walks, sandbag carries, etc.
