We don't know a lot about the alleged incident. It's possible he lied. It's also possible he thought he was "violated" when police were just doing their jobs and he made a big deal out of it because of ignorance and a warped version of reality that's been force-fed down everyone's throats for years.

Either way, it seems like his claims don't hold much water. If there were even an inkling of something that the officers did that was wrong or could be manipulated into being something wrong, they'd probably be gone and the body cams released.

1. Don’t ever judge someone by internal investigations because everyone holds the bar lower for themselves.

That’s why medical malpractice cases are hard to win and you probably will go to jail before you’re disbarred.

2. It’s entirely possible that the cops could justify themselves to their superiors as having a reasonable suspicion to search Moore. Moore, having done nothing, probably disagrees with the police standard for reasonable suspicion. He isn’t wrong to think as an innocent person he shouldn’t be stopped and patted down or searched. If they actually pulled their weapons he is right to be pissed about that too. But it doesn’t mean the police are getting suspended.
