Recap for here
1. XLive/Gamepass conversion - $150
2. Headset (Dolby Atmos/Wireless) - $130
3. External Storage - $100
4. 2nd Controller - $55
5. Xbox remote - $20
6. Xbox controller battery pack - $20
Total $475
All those numbers are fluid though. You can get less GamePass. The headset price is for a Rig 800, can be cheaper or much more expensive with other models or brands. Storage can go up or down as well with total TB or with SSD. Personally I would get the cheap $50 external HD. 2TB would be plenty and you can move the games back and forth between the internal and external. Your most used games stay in internal. 2nd controller if you have friends that visit. You are going to want the rechargeable battery pack and lastly get the remote if you are going to use your XBox for streaming.

I prefer rechargeable AA's instead of the battery packs
