Local MSM CV footage of hospital wards full of patients on ventilators surrounded by medical staff in bio-suits was probably not filmed at your local hospital. It's stock footage from somewhere else, in some cases the footage isn't even from US hospitals.

That's wrong. 99% of the news you hear from the MSM is fabricated out of whole cloth by DNC operatives. Watch the news and see. Anonymous sources have nothing to do with it. They just preach the liberal gospel, sources or not.
