This morning CBS said this is the 2nd mass shooting in the last month (the Florida shooting being the other). 2 weeks ago some dude shot 15 people at party in Chicago. Why are black people shooting black people not considered mass shootings?

That would mean assigning responsibility to a certain group that some don't want to blame.
Can't have "victims" doing bad things. Doesn't fit the narrative.

The same as why black “tribal” women could have their tits all over TV documentaries and it not be considered nudity. For all that the networks want to come down, falsely, on righty whites as being racist, they sure go a long way on their own to dehumanize the black community.
