I know it's a running joke at this point, but has any conference EVER had a similar meltdown in one NCAA tournament.

I disagree. I believe LSU has the same athleticism advantage on Michigan that Oregon had on Iowa.

The conference hasn’t won NCAA championship in over 20 years and has 1 championship in the past 30.

Rutgers objectively had the best tournament so far of any B1G team.
And if you want to be honest, if the B1G is that fraudy, then Rutgers was gifted a tournament bid, just like the rest of the conference was gifted their seeds. Rutgers shouldn't have made it in the first place.

Rutgers was in the 16. They let Houston off the hook. Sure Houston was playing their worst game of the year, players could barely move, and so forth, but still.
