If you are exercising properly, you don't have to eat like UNICEF is doing your meal prepping.
If you aren't exercising, there is no reason to consume 3 meals with snacks and over 2000 calories.

Even if they are exercising, 98% of posters here shouldn't be eating more than 2000 calories a day prolly a minimum of 5 days a week and more like 6 days a week.
Only those that lift and are trying to gain muscle should really be eating more than 2k.
