I love all the people living in thousand square foot apartments with their giant labs, and taking them out to dump all over the city without picking it up.

during our renovation, we lived in a 600 sq foot apartment with our dogs. i took those little assholes on poop and pee walks 3x every day. at least a dozen times, people in yards said thanks for picking up their poop, because nobody else does.
i didn't know that it was a thing to NOT pick it up.
