Has anyone tried to explain this other than what it looks like?
The great thing about him having to wear a mask even outside is that they don’t have to use CG to make his mouth move.

I checked on this accusation of Biden towards Trump saying Trump fired the IG and blamed Trump. Trump fired some deep state swamper IG's like those that produced the Ukraine/Russian coup attempt against him.
Here is the video of Biden blaming Trump. I don't think any of these videos are deep fakes but I think Biden is out of it. They could even be manipulating Biden's talks and releasing them to the media.
In the same way they will manipulate his presser on March 25th. They are probably working on the video now and the MSM will edit it-- no doubt.
