If Orgeron is capable of fixing the downfall after 2019, why didn’t he prevent them?
Les said he'd fix things all the time... but why wait until it's a problem that needs fixing. Prepare your team in advance to prevent the problem in the first place.
And please note that this isn't an Orgeron-specific post - it applies to all coaches.
