Money wise... likely. Jameis obviously values his opportunity to continue his development here. He’s keeping himself under one of the best offensive minds of the game w a hall of gamer just retiring.

100% sure he had an option similar to what Teddy has received.
The caveat is this, imagine he wins this year. He plays well, he puts up: 67 completion%, 4400 yards, 7.9 YPA, 28 TDs, 10 INTs
That's gonna be 30mil+ a year money

Signing with the Saints last year was always going to be at least a two year thing. This is part of a plan. Not so much about the money
