It's noticeable how much commercials are trying so hard. Most of it doesn't bother me, but some of it does (like the trans people all over commercials now). That one may be difficult to explain to kids at some point.

I hear you, but I don't think kids pay attention or care about that stuff as much as adults.

My 9 year old daughter use to watch the "The Loud House" alot, one of the friends has 2 dads. I never said anything, just patiently waited for her to ask me or her mom about it. She never did. Doesn't really watch the show anymore either.

Nah. I liken it to the geico lizard that talks or the lion “Easter Bunny” on the Cadbury commercial. I tell my kids it’s a joke and some jokes aren’t meant to be understood by children, but it’s funny all the same. As if two men would kiss, hahaha. Then they crack up.

which commercials? I honestly don't catch much TV outside of about an hour of CNBC in the morning and ESPN/sports in the evenings.
